Same Day Delivery Malta & Gozo               

Delivery and transport Delivery of the customer's goods takes place, unless otherwise specified, to the address specified by the customer. Normal delivery time is the same day from orders placed before 19.00, same day delivery on Gozo the order needs to be placed before 17.00. Delivery time between 1-3hours.
  • Free Same Day Delivery for orders over €49 both on Gozo and Malta.
  • Same Day Delivery for orders under €49 the delivery fee is €5.95.

Various delivery options are presented at checkout and the customer chooses the type of shipping he or she wants. Should any of the ordered goods have a significantly longer delivery time than the other goods, MelaCBD reserves the right to split the order. In such a situation, the customer will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries.
Should MelaCBD for some reason not be able to deliver the Customer's order before the promised delivery time, the Customer will be notified of this by e-mail or telephone.
The customer then has the opportunity to cancel the purchase by contacting customer service at

Warning CBD products are not sold for persons under 18 years of age. Age verification my be required upon delivery.


If the customer has already paid for the goods, the amount is returned to the account that was debited at the time of purchase, should the purchase be COD paid, the money is paid in the same way back to customer.
However, compensation other than reimbursement is not paid in the event of a delivery delay.

The cost of delivery depends on the choice of shipping options, which are presented to the Customer at checkout.

The customer undertakes to examine the product immediately upon receipt to verify that it is correct and error-free.
MelaCBD reserves the right to charge the costs for the handling that occurs in the event of non-receipt of delivery.

Customer will have to pay an extra delivery fee. If the Customer regrets a purchase and wants to return the product, the Customer must first receive the package and then return as described below (right of cancellation).

Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Please note that returns will be picked up by us at notification. Time for arrangement will be given after mail has income. The delivery fee will not be paid back to customer. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as candy, snacks) neither custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids for vapes or other gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
